A regular practice helps to inhabit the body, taking us from thinking to feeling. Allowing the discovery of the spaciousness within the body.

Inhabiting the body is allowing us to enter the energy field, the inner body with consciousness. A sensitivity to the flow of energy arises.

It is this flow of energy in the body that brings healing and opening to the physical structure.

Just feel the flow of energy in the body, you will realise there is nothing but energy, nothing but space. Consciousness is expanded and doesn't get stuck in the form of creation, or the form of objects. Taking us from the form to the formless of who we are.
