Kaya Sthairyam
Kaya Sthairyam
A workshop to learn to quiet the physical body, in order to find stillness and deeper meditation.
This is the start of the self discovery journey towards mastering self, assisting you in becoming clear on where you want to go and how to do it without fear, clearing the blockages on the path.
This workshop is for already practicing meditators who would like to deepen their practice, creating meaningful experiences. Or recently started on your meditation journey and would like to go deeper and create a practice that is meaningful and regular.
The first movement towards deeper practice is a quiet mind, a quiet mind is obtained by stilling the body. In this workshop we will explore the steadiness and stillness through the practice of Kaya Sthairyam (Body Stillness) to improve the depth of dharana (focus) in turn to allow deeper exploration and expansion
Finding comfort within one’s body correlates to finding comfort within one’s mind and allowing any distraction of the body to dissolve.
